Horry County State Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Richard. M. Carroll to City Executive Officer.

 

Richard M. Carroll has six years of banking experience and is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a BS in Finance and a MBA from Winthrop University. He is also a graduate of South Carolina School of Banking and LSU Graduate School of Banking.

 

Richard is a member of  Kiwanis and Langston Baptist Church.

 

He lives in Conway with his wife, Charity.
