 Mark Buckner – Mark Buckner, Financial Consultant with HCSB, has been providing investment advice to clients for over 16 years. He holds his series 6, 7, and 63 Securities Licenses and Insurance Licenses in North and South Carolina. Mark received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Univeristy of North Dakota and his Masters Degree from Webster University, St Louis, Missouri. Before starting his career as a financial consultant, Mark spent 23 years in the United States Air Force holding various positions, including Instructor, Squadron Commander, Deputy Base Commander, Military Magistrate and Director of Operations 705th Wing at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. Since retiring from the Air Force, he has worked with several national securities firms.
