Tim McCoy–Tim has a business degree from the Coastal Carolina University, and has more than 14 years experience in finance and mortgage lending. He is active in the First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach, currently serving on the Board of Deacons. Tim is a member of the Carolina Forest Sunrise Rotary Club and a cub scout Pack Leader. He enjoys coaching youth sports in Carolina Forest area and making a positive impact on area youths.

Bryan Davenport- Bryan knows the local market with over 22 years of banking experience in Mortgage Production and management. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and is involved with numerous professional and civic organizations throughout the area including Sertoma, The Dunes Golf and Beach Club, Grand Strand Mortgage Bankers' Association and Horry-Georgetown Homebuilders Association. Bryan lives in Myrtle Beach with his wife and two children.
